Crop photos

Choose square, 4:3 or 16:9, or enter a pixel area. Download the cropped JPEG, PNG or WebP in its original format.

Crop area

All values use the original photo’s pixels. X and Y start at zero.

The result can be up to 4000 pixels per side and 12 megapixels. The initial area is centred.

How to set an exact crop area

Presets create a centred area. Change X and Y to move it. Width and height set the output dimensions in pixels. Edit the numbers manually to use any aspect ratio.

Format and transparency

PNG and WebP retain transparency. JPEG and WebP are re-encoded at high quality. Supports still images up to 25 megapixels and 8000 pixels per side.
